Our Beef packs come from our grass fed vealers. Living in the sub-tropics and with a summer dominant rainfall our calves are born in the spring time and are grown on mums milk and the green summer pastures. Our vealers generally dress about 140kg, when they are taken to the abattoirs at about 8 months of age.
Beef packages are available as either a FAMILY PACK @ $10.45/kg (half an animal) or a STARTER PACK @ $10.95/kg (quarter animal). When you order a FAMILY PACK you can talk directly to the butcher and order your own choice of cuts, see Cuts Sheet. We can also email you a list of all the cuts available.
All Beef packages come pre-packed in your families size portions.
For your convenience the STARTER PACK is available with a pre-set menu.
This gives you a little bit of everything and not too much of anything.

* The fee is for delivery to the Bundaberg region. We deliver anywhere from Rockhampton through to the Gold Coast, including the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane. Please contact Robert or Mellisa for freight charges.
Home delivery is to families living in the metro areas. Rural families can collect from a central location.
The only thing you need to let us know when ordering a Starter Pack is how many people are in your family, so we know how many to pack for.
Payment
To secure your order a deposit of $30 is required.
I will be in touch with you on a number of occasions leading up to delivery of your package. As the fees are based on the dressed weight of the animals, we won’t know your exact fee until the animals are in the butchers shop. Once this occurs we will advise you of your invoice.
To avoid any awkward situations all packages must be paid for prior to leaving the butcher shop. Payment can take place via a number of methods including:
● Cash
● Electronic Funds Transfer direct into our account (preferred method)
● or by payment direct into our account at any NAB branch.
Unless paying by cash, please use your invoice number as a reference. Alternatively email the bank transfer confirmation to us, or just email us to let us know that you have paid.
